Upon booking an appointment, you secure a dedicated time slot in our schedule. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time or fail to attend, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total appointment fee will apply. Deposits are transferrable ONCE if notified 24 hours before appointment time. While we understand unforeseen emergencies may arise, we reserve the right to enforce this policy. Please know that we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

**Late Arrival to Appointment:**

If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we will adjust the service based on the remaining time. Should the scheduled time elapse, a "late appointment cancellation fee" equal to 100% of the total service cost will be incurred.

As an appointment-based business, cancellations and no-shows create scheduling gaps that are challenging to fill without timely notice. We send confirmation emails and SMS reminders 48 hours before your appointment. If unreachable or opted out, our policy still applies. Remember your appointment dates to avoid fees. For same-day appointments, adherence to our standard cancellation policy is required. Failure to attend, with or without notification, incurs a no-show fee.

**Arriving with No Makeup for Services:**

To ensure the best results for your service, we kindly request arriving with no makeup. This helps our estheticians provide optimal care and attention to your skin or lashes. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

**Lash Fill Requirements:**

For lash extension fills, please note the following requirements:

1. **Minimum 40% Remaining Lashes:**
   - To be considered for a lash fill, there should be a minimum of 40% remaining lashes from your previous application.

2. **Time Since Previous Appointment:**
   - If you're booking a lash fill, ensure it's been 2-3 weeks (14-21 days) since your last appointment. This timeframe allows for adequate lash growth and ensures the best results.

These guidelines are in place to guarantee the longevity, quality and health of your lashes. We appreciate your adherence to these requirements and look forward to enhancing your natural beauty!

**General Policies:**

- **Return Policy for Opened Products:**
  Once opened, products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- **Gift Cards:**
  Must be presented at the appointment. Not using it during the service renders it void. Website-purchased Gift Certificates are valid for services only and must be used within one year of purchase.

- **Late Service Cancellation Fee:**
  Cannot be applied to future appointments; covers the originally booked time slot.

- **Tolerance of Verbal Abuse and Threats:**
  Agree to our cancellation policy with a valid credit card. Verbal abuse and threats won't be tolerated, and our policy, with no exceptions, will be enforced. Those who disagree are encouraged to avoid booking.

- **Bringing Children to Appointments:**
  Avoid bringing children or babies due to limited space. Parental consent is required for those aged 17 or younger.

- **Early Arrival:**
  Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early; wait in your vehicle until texted to enter, as we lack a waiting room.

- **Photographing Service Results:**
  Clients consent to before and after photographs for service logs, training, liability, and potential social media or marketing posts. Editing may occur. If you wish to opt-out, specify during your appointment.

-**Location:**

 Please let us know if you are interested in the BRAMPTON location as the hours are different. Otherwise all bookings through the website are for the Wasaga Beach Location.

-**Before/After Hour Appointments:**

 Please email us at info@kaybeestudio.com OR submit form on CONTACT US if you are interested in before/after appointents. An additional 30$ is required on top of service price. All other policies are still in effect.

-**Pre/After Care:**

 All PRE and AFTER CARE is the responsibility of the client to ensure quality results. Pre-care instructions will be discussed before appointment and aftercare will be provided at the end of the appointment.

-**Payment Methods:**

 We accept DEBIT and CREDIT CARDS. All prices are subject to taxes and service fees.

DISCLAIMER

We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We have a zero tolerance to consistent tardiness, improper pre/post care of services, misconduct or harassments.
