At KBS, we value both your time and ours. To help us maintain a smooth scheduling experience for all clients and team members, please review the following booking policies carefully.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments at the time of booking.

Cards on file are securely stored through Square and will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below:

• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, including same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total.

• Cancellation fees may be charged automatically to the card on file.

• Late Arrivals may result in shortened, modified or rescheduled appointments depending on scheduling availability. Cancellation fees may still apply if there is insufficient time to complete the service safely or properly.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and following all provided pre-care instructions prior to their appointment. Failure to follow required preparation guidelines may result in service modification, rescheduling or cancellation fees if the appointment cannot be completed as booked.

• Deposits are non-refundable and only transferable with over 24 hours notice to reschedule appointment.

General Policies

• Forms: Intake and waiver forms are required before services.

• Refunds: Refunds are not permitted on services or opened products.

• Gift Cards: Must be presented at the appointment and used within one year of purchase.

• Children: Space is limited; please avoid bringing children. Parental consent is required for clients under 18.

• Photos/Video: Before/after photos/videos may be taken for training, liability, or marketing.
  Let us know if you’d like to opt out.

• Pricing is subject to change at any time, based on business needs or market conditions.​

Before/ After Hour Appointments:

• For before/after-hour appointments, an additional 30$ fee applies.

• We accept cash, debit and credit cards.

• All prices are subject to taxes and admin fees.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and positive environment for everyone.

While rare, we reserve the right to decline service in cases of repeated tardiness, improper pre/post-care, or inappropriate behaviour. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.
