Terms & Conditions

1. DURATION​

  • Monthly: $50/ month, billed monthly, minimum 3 months.

  • Yearly: $499/ year, billed upfront.

2. FOUNDING MEMBER PRICING & MEMBERSHIP UPDATES

  • Founding Member pricing is valid for the initial 12-month term only. Upon renewal, memberships will renew at the then-current membership rate. Kaybee Studio reserves the right to update membership pricing and benefits based on service availability, pricing adjustments or studio enhancements.

  • Any changes will be communicated to members prior to renewal.

3. DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS & EXPERIENCE PAIRINGS

  • Membership discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions, limited-time offers, or curated service pairings unless explicitly stated.

  • Where a promotional offer, experience pairing or bundled service is available, that offer will apply in place of any individual membership discounts for that visit.

4. RENEWAL

  • Monthly: automatically renews unless cancelled.

  • Yearly: expires after 12 months; members receive 30-day reminder before renewal.

5. CANCELLATION

  • Monthly: cancellable after 3 months with 14-day notice; membership remains active until end of paid month.

  • Yearly: no refunds for early cancellation; benefits remain active until end of 12-month period. 

6. FREEZING MEMBERSHIP

  • Monthly: 1 freeze per 12-month period, up to 1 month.

  • Yearly: freezing not available.

7. STUDIO POLICIES

  • Standard Studio Policies apply, including late arrivals, cancellations, no-shows and associated fees. 

  • Membership perks cannot override studio policies.

8. USE OF MEMBERSHIP PERKS

  • Monthly perks DO NOT CARRY OVER to the next month etc.

  • Membership perks are NON-TRANSFERRABLE, except "Bestie & Me" perks on the same day and only for someone NEW to KBS.

  • Membership perks cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. REFUNDS

  • NO REFUNDS on membership fees or services/ retail products purchased.

  • Individual service cancellations/reschedules follow standard studio policies.

10. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP

  • Kaybee Studio reserves the right to modify terms, pricing, or perks with 30 days' notice.

11. LIABILITY

  • Kaybee Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unused membership perks.​
