Terms & Conditions
1. DURATION​

Monthly: $40/ month, billed monthly, minimum 3 months.

Yearly: $399/ year, billed upfront.
2. RENEWAL
-
Monthly: automatically renews unless cancelled.

Yearly: expires after 12 months; members receive 30-day reminder before renewal.
3. CANCELLATION
-
Monthly: cancellable after 3 months with 14-day notice; membership remains active until end of paid month.

Yearly: no refunds for early cancellation; benefits remain active until end of 12-month period.
4. FREEZING MEMBERSHIP

Monthly: 1 freeze per 12-month period, up to 1 month.

Yearly: freezing not available.
5. STUDIO POLICIES

Standard Studio Policies apply, including late arrivals, cancellations, no-shows and associated fees.

Membership perks cannot override studio policies.

6. USE OF MEMBERSHIP PERKS

Monthly perks DO NOT CARRY OVER to the next month etc.

Membership perks are NON-TRANSFERRABLE, except "Bestie & Me" perks on the same day and only for someone NEW to KBS.

Membership perks cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS on membership fees or services/ retail products purchased.

Individual service cancellations/reschedules follow standard studio policies.
8. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP

Kaybee Studio reserves the right to modify terms, pricing, or perks with 30 days' notice.
9. LIABILITY

Kaybee Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unused membership perks.
